UX/UI Senior Design Lead for Anthology Marketing Group
The Kobayashi Group is a locally owned and operated family real estate development business. Their digital presence was minimal and like many businesses, much of their business was conducted in-person or via longstanding relationships. The client desired a site that could feature their latest projects and easily referenced to during sales meetings as an easily accessible portfolio.
As Senior Lead, I conducted discovery exercises to understand their design style and preferences. Stories from the founding team helped to create meaningful photo styles and color palettes to convey their brand story and capture their essence. From the information gathered, I was able to create a digital identity guide to be used in designing their site as well as serve as a reference guide for communication projects in the future.
Working with the experience designer on the project and using the branding exercises as a guideline for visual look and feel, several concepts were created, identifying several major templates to be designed for the CMS. Once a direction was chosen, the experience designer went into high fidelity wireframes and we presented each stage to the client for feedback.
